Resort facilities are provided by Somabay across the wider peninsula and are subject to its own terms, membership rules and opening hours.
Sports Club
Membership is part of the purchase
Sports Club membership is required for every Coral Coves owner, and is paid on top of the price of the home — 400,000 EGP at once, or spread over two or three years. It covers tennis, padel, squash, the football pitch and the Olympic pool.

What happens when you are not here
Most people buying here will not live at Coral Coves all year. The peninsula is run on that basis: staffed, secured and maintained continuously, whether you are in residence or not.
You are not arriving to a place that has been shut up since you left.
