Two roles, one peninsula
Coral Coves is not a plot bought from a landowner and built on. It is a phase of Somabay, laid out inside a peninsula the same company has been developing and operating for years — the golf course, the marina, the thalasso centre and the hotels are all theirs, already built and already running.
That is the practical difference on an off-plan purchase: the place your home is being built into already exists, and you can go and stand in it.

Master developer of the Somabay peninsula — roughly ten million square metres of privately held land on Egypt’s Red Sea coast, including the golf course, marina, wellness centre and resort hotels. Coral Coves is a residential phase within it.
