What “fully finished” actually means at Coral Coves

The brochure term does specific work. Here is exactly what is included when a Coral Coves apartment is handed over, and what you will still need to buy.
“Fully finished” at Coral Coves means the apartment is delivered complete in its fabric and finishes, but unfurnished. Floors, wall finishes, bathrooms, kitchen joinery, doors, windows and electrical fit-out are all in place at handover. Furniture, furnishings and white goods are not.
What is included
The building fabric is delivered in the rammed-earth-toned render that defines the Coral Coves elevations, with the vertical fluting and perforated screen blocks that run through the B6 buildings. Internally, apartments are handed over with finished floors and walls, complete bathrooms, and fitted kitchen joinery.
Each two-bedroom plan includes a terrace opening off the living room — between 9.8 m² and 12.6 m² depending on type — laid and finished to the same standard as the interior.
What is not included
The brochure is explicit: units are sold without furniture and furnishings, and without white-goods provisions. Budget separately for appliances, soft furnishings and any joinery beyond the kitchen.
Utility connection is also separate. Water and electricity meters are charged at USD 1,400 one-time, rising to USD 2,100 where the unit has a garden, and fall due within fifteen days of reservation.
Why it matters for budgeting
A fully finished handover removes the largest variable from an off-plan purchase — you are not managing a fit-out from another country. It does not remove the furnishing cost, and for a 105–115 m² two-bedroom apartment that is a real line item. Treat the unit price, the meter charge, the annual maintenance at USD 12 per m², and the mandatory Sports Club membership as four separate commitments.
